The Croatian steel structure company was established in 2012, mainly engaged in the welding of sheet metal, the processing of building materials such as metal and wood, the manufacturing of steel structures, the design and construction of container houses, sales, trade intermediary agent and other businesses, with a branch in Serbia and an office in Austria. In 2019, the company employed 69 people and is a medium-sized private enterprise.

The modular building structure System TREX Living System developed by the company aims to show the innovative concept of the development of intelligent and green building industry. Croatia has five companies in the FINANCIAL Times' ranking of the 1,000 fastest growing Companies in Europe 2015-2018, ranking 896 with a 187 per cent increase in turnover. In 2019, the company was named the best Exporter for Small and micro businesses in Croatia by the Croatian Exporters Association.

The company has passed ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 on quality management, environmental protection and occupational health and safety management system international standards certification.

Project introduction

The company plans to build a 5,000-square-meter production facility in Croatia to expand production, reduce transportation costs and automate the production of steel structures.

Cooperation intention

The company is looking for an investment partner for this project. The company's founder is willing to sell up to 30 per cent of the company.

The company expects to return the investment after five years and distribute profits in proportion to the investment, with annual returns expected to be up to 30%.
