The Belgian brewer was founded in 2018. Developed in collaboration with Belgium's top university, the University of Leuven (UCL), its craft beer is brewed with natural water, contains local organic grains (10%), and extracts of wild flowers from the French mountains. It is an environmentally friendly beer certified organic by the European Union. Blind tasting by a professor, a brewer and the KU Leuven Life Sciences Laboratory, the beer was found to be less bitter, fresher, thinner, smoother and more harmonious than a non-dynamic brew made with the same recipe.
The company was awarded the award for the most innovative beer at the World Beer Awards in London, and won three gold stars in the "Flavour Excellence 2018 Awards", awarded by 200 star chefs and sommeliers across Europe.
The company is currently present in Belgium, France, Finland, Luxembourg, Chile and Russia.
