About the Rotator:

For a long time, the spin - rotor aircraft has been a tributary of aviation development. But since 2000, rotorcraft have been winning more and more customers in the aviation sector, mostly for leisure and recreational purposes, while they are now playing a growing role in professional uses in many countries. It is reported that the annual output of spin rotor aircraft is about 400-500, and the main customers are in Europe, Australia and other places. The gyrocopter is robust, easy to maintain, easy to store and transport, and much cheaper to operate and maintain than a helicopter. According to European user statistics, the gyrocopter's operating cost per hour is only one-tenth of that of a piston helicopter of the same class.

In addition to flying for personal pleasure, the gyroplane can also be used for a variety of flight operations, including flight training, tourism, aerial photography, short commuting, surveillance, railway and traffic patrol, flux observation, pipeline fault detection, fire warning, medical emergency, coastal and border patrol, and other military and civilian aerial applications.

In the area of regulation, gyrocraft aircraft can apply for experimental licensing in China (the same as in Europe and the United States), as well as for light sport aircraft. Both Europe and China allow gyrocopter aircraft to be classified in the primary class or SLSA forensics, and can be used in appropriate areas such as flight training, agricultural and forestry spraying, surveillance and aerial photography. For professional uses, such as monitoring and medical transshipment, a Part 25 operating permit is required. In China, at least three models of the gyrocopter have received CAAC LSA certification and are selling well.

Mode of cooperation:

Due to the strategic adjustment of the Group's aviation business and the shortage of sales resources in Asian markets such as China, which have great market potential, the Group has decided to sell the RotorVox project as a whole, including all intellectual property rights, registered trademarks, German ultra-light aircraft type certification certificate and FAA experimental type approval documents; As well as 3 complete machines, all the production of molds and tooling equipment and other tangible assets.
