Introduction: Tianjin Ziya Environmental Protection Industrial Park, also known as Tianjin Ziya Industrial Park, is currently a large-scale specialized park in northern China that operates centralized dismantling, processing and utilization of imported waste mechanical and electrical products. It was established in accordance with the overall requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Tianjin Municipal Government, and was included in the overall development plan of the Tianjin Municipal Government. It is one of the provincial development zones in Tianjin approved by the state.
Details: In 2007, with the approval of the State Council, it was named as the National Circular Economy Pilot Park by the National Development and Reform Commission and other six ministries and commissions, and was named as the National Waste Electronic Information Products Recycling, Dismantling and Treatment Demonstration Base by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and named as the National Import Waste "Circle Management" Park by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. On May 7, 2008, witnessed by General Secretary Hu Jintao and Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda, Huang Xingguo, Mayor of Tianjin, and Kenji Kitakyushu, Mayor of Kitakyushu City, Kenji Kitahashi, signed a memorandum of understanding on Sino-Japanese circular city cooperation between the two cities to carry out extensive cooperation on the development of circular economy in Ziya Environmental Protection Industrial Park.
The park is located in the southwest of Jinghai County, Tianjin, bordering Dacheng County and Wen'an County in Hebei Province. It is 60 kilometers away from Tianjin downtown, 150 kilometers away from Beijing downtown, 60 kilometers away from Tianjin Binhai International Airport, 90 kilometers away from Tianjin New Port, and has formed a three-dimensional, integrated and modern transportation network with Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Kowloon, Beijing-Guangzhou, Tianjin Airport and Tianjin New Port. The park has a superior geographical location and obvious location advantages.
The park has developed an area of 2.5 square kilometers, and the infrastructure such as water, electricity, roads and communications has reached the standard of "six links and one level". At present, there are 110 enterprises in the park, with an annual dismantling and processing capacity of 1 million to 1.5 million tons. Every year, it can provide the market with 400,000 tons of raw materials copper, 150,000 tons of aluminum, 200,000 tons of iron, 200,000 tons of rubber and plastic materials, and 50,000 tons of other materials, forming a large non-ferrous metal raw material market covering all parts of the country.
