Low temperature pyrolysis is a thermal decomposition chemical process in which polymers (plastics, automobile tires, etc.) are heated from 70 degrees to 400 degrees in the absence of oxygen. Pyrolysis repeats the natural transformation process of biological, animal and plant debris in the earth's crust, which is decomposed into oil and natural gas by heating under pressure.
Because the gas produced in the reactor after polymer decomposition will condense, we can get light oil products and light gas similar to nature. Oil products and gas can be used in the form of fuel or raw materials to produce new polymers, such as plastics or automobile tires, thus creating a circular economy.
